How to plan a course which takes place in multiple periods or years?

You can use the Osiris PlanApp to plan your individual study programme and to request approval for your electives. Planning your courses can be done in several ways in the PlanApp. Via Plan Later (A), via Curriculum (B), via the Course Catalogue (C) and via the Plan menu (D).

Some courses take place in multiple periods or years. It is important to note that when you plan these courses, they are only shown in one period in the Plan menu. For example, a course which takes places during the whole academic year. This is also the case when you plan a thesis, research practice or internship, which is described in the manual How to plan a thesis, research practice or internship?.

BE AWARE that courses that are offered throughout the year, are at this moment planned in period 1 of the relevant year. This is a temporary situation as we develop the PlanApp further.

BE AWARE to always save your plan in between changes and before you close the PlanApp. Additionally, to make your plan definite, you need to request approval for your electives. For information on how to request approval for your electives, see the manual How to request approval for electives?
