Login instructions & try-out exam for off-campus remote proctored exams
The try-out exam allows you to practice an off-campus proctored exam. It also serves as a test to ensure everything is working correctly.
The login procedure for the try-out exam is nearly identical to that of the real exam. If you successfully follow all the steps below, you will be fully prepared for the actual exam. Please note that you have up to 4 attempts per week to complete the try-out!

How to login to a remote proctored exam
Important: For your real exam, you can skip step 1. Your teacher or course coordinator will send you an email with a link to register for your exam in the remote proctoring software.
To start the try-out exam, follow the instructions below.
Go to https://examsupport.wur.nl/tryout-offcampus and fill in the form: Enter your full name and WUR email address and click Register. (Only enter your private email address when you have no WUR email address.)
You have now registered for the exam and will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to start the remote proctored exam.

Read the instructions, and scroll down to the bottom of the page to find and insert the exam access code to continue to the exam.
If you encounter any problems during the exam, you can use the chat on the right side of the screen to contact Pruefster support for technical issues. If the problem is in your Ans exam/WUR pages you can call the WUR examination support number: +31 317 48 88 81 (or 0317 48 88 81). When you call support your call is registered and the usage of your mobile phone will not be flagged as suspicious.
