The Education Support Service Desk (ESSD) runs the HelpDesk for the Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) at WUR. We are the go-to contact for any inquiries related to education. We are committed to providing accurate answers in a timely manner while ensuring that your questions are directed to the appropriate teams for comprehensive support.

Regular opening hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00
Reduced opening hours
The Education Support Service Desk has reduced opening hours during the holiday periods:
Summer holiday 2024
- July 8th – 26th: Reduced Hours: 10:00 – 16:00
- July 29th – Aug. 16th: Call center closed. Emails are handled within 48 hours
- Aug. 19th – Aug. 23rd: Reduced Hours: 10:00 – 16:00
Winter holiday 2024
- Dec. 23rd – Jan. 1st: Call center closed. Emails are handled within 48 hours
- Jan. 2nd – Jan. 3rd: Reduced Hours: 10:00 – 16:00
