University of Siena

The University of Siena (Italian: Università di Siena, abbreviation: UNISI) in Siena, Tuscany is one of the oldest and first publicly funded universities in Italy. The University of Siena has a long history of European and international linkages. Established in the 13th century in one of the richest and most culturally stimulating free cities of medieval Italy, our University has been always open to intercultural and international exchanges. More recently, this natural predisposition has evolved in an explicit policy of internationalization. All these students contribute to transform this beautiful town into an international environment.
