The manuals on this site offer you, as a student, instructions on the use of WUR education systems for your study and courses. Is the answer to your question not listed?
• Consult the manual of the system in question for support options.
• For account-related problems or information about (re)setting your password/WUR Passcode or about the use of Office 365, go to: WUR Support Portal
• Consult the WUR Current Students for information on enrolment, guidance during your study, student counseling, minors and exchange programmes, things to do besides your study, your graduation, and beyond.

Windows Education upgrade

To access the course software through the WUR AppStore, you need either an Education or a Professional (Pro) version of Windows 10 or Windows 11. If you are using a Home version of Windows, you will automatically receive an update to Windows Education. You must reboot your computer for the changes to take effect.

Please note: the automatic upgrade to Windows Education cannot be done if you are using a Single Language version of Windows Home. Please upgrade your system to the standard version of Windows Home before connecting.

Once your device has been updated to Windows Education, you might get the following warning:

This is a known issue and is currently being worked on. This does not have an effect on your use of the WUR AppStore.
