You might stay abroad for some period during your studies. If you individually want to stay abroad, you have to register yourself in Osiris Cases. If the entire course stays abroad for an excursion, it is not necessary to register yourself in Osiris Cases.

1. First, click on Cases in the home screen of Osiris

2. To make a new case, click on the green + sign

3. Click on Registration Study Related Travels

4. Fill in all the required information in the tab 1. Data

5. Click on NEXT

6. Fill in all the required information in the tab 2. Safety and Security, and click SUBMIT

Your case is now submitted. You will receive an email when your request for a study related travel is approved or rejected. This email will also explain which further steps to take, if needed.
